Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 25, 2025

At Harlan Kustom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our laser-engraved products. Since most of our items are custom-made, we handle returns and refunds with care and fairness.


Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please double-check spelling, dates, and photo uploads before submitting your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible


Non-Custom (Pre-Made) Items

Returns are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • Returned at the customer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or damaged

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, if production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days.
